Plain-language disclosures about who provides Socira AI, our relationship with the platforms we connect to, how we use AI, and how payments work.

1. Who provides the Service

Socira AI is a product developed and operated by Thetechhacker Global Solutions, Thetechhacker Global Solutions, India. Contact: thetechhackerlabs@gmail.com. Grievances from users in India can be sent to our Grievance Officer.

2. No affiliation with social networks

Socira AI is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), Google (YouTube, Google Business Profile), X, LinkedIn or any other platform we connect to. Their names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the services you can connect. Each platform can change or withdraw its API at any time, which may affect features.

3. Artificial intelligence

• Features marked with the AI icon (caption drafts, the AI Assistant, content ideas and social listening insights) use large language models from OpenAI or Anthropic, through an account your workspace owner connects.
• AI output can be wrong, incomplete or biased. Nothing is published automatically from AI output; you review and approve every post.
• Some sentiment and "quality" scores are produced automatically. They are estimates to help you prioritise, not facts about any person.
• We do not use your content, or data received from social networks, to train AI models.

4. Payments

• Card, UPI, wallet and PayPal payments are processed by our payment providers (Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal). Their own terms and privacy policies apply to the payment step, and we never see or store your full card details.
• Licences are prepaid for the period you choose and do not renew automatically. We never charge you at the end of a trial.
• Prices are shown before you pay. Taxes such as GST may be added where required by law.

5. Results and examples

Examples, figures and screenshots on our website and in our guides (for example follower counts or engagement growth) use demonstration data or illustrate typical use. They are not a promise of results; your outcomes depend on your content, audience and the platforms.

6. No sale of personal data; no advertising

We do not sell personal data, do not show advertising in the Service, and do not use your data for advertising profiles. See our Privacy Policy and US privacy notice.

7. Security

We protect the Service with encryption, access controls and monitoring (see Security). If a breach affects your personal data we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires. Researchers can report issues under our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy.
