Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes how you can cancel your subscription to Socira AI and the circumstances in which a refund may apply.

1. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Billing or by emailing thetechhackerlabs@gmail.com. When you cancel:

• Monthly plans remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be billed again.
• Annual plans remain active until the end of the current annual term. Refunds for the unused portion are subject to Section 3 below.

2. Free Trials

Where offered, free trials last 7 days unless stated otherwise. Nothing is charged during or at the end of a trial: when it ends, your workspace is locked (your data is kept) until you buy a licence from the Billing page.

3. Refunds

Standard refund window

We offer a 7-day refund for first-time subscribers of any paid plan if requested within 7 days of the first successful charge. Email thetechhackerlabs@gmail.com with your account email and reason.

Annual pre-paid plans

For annual plans, if you cancel mid-term we may issue a pro-rata refund on discretionary basis, less any promotional discount originally applied. Non-refundable in the last 30 days of the term.

Add-ons & usage

One-time add-ons and consumed usage (e.g., AI credits, published posts, listening searches) are non-refundable once consumed.

No refund cases

We do not refund for (a) partial-month use of a monthly plan, (b) accounts suspended for violation of our Acceptable Use Policy, (c) taxes and payment-processor fees where they are non-recoverable, (d) any subscription paid via a reseller or marketplace, which is subject to that provider's refund policy.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination and a permanent ban.

5. Data After Cancellation

Your data remains available for 30 days after cancellation, then is deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Export your reports and drafts before then. Reactivation within 30 days restores access without data loss.

6. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any statutory refund or withdrawal rights that apply in your country (such as the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law where applicable).
