Terms of Service
Effective: September 20, 2026 · Last updated: September 26, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Socira AI (the "Service"), a product developed and operated by Thetechhacker Global Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). By accepting these Terms when you first sign in, or by using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" refers to that entity.
Workspaces are set up by us after your plan is purchased (or under a separate written arrangement), and we send the workspace owner their sign-in details. You must change any password we set for you at first sign-in, and you may add team members up to your plan's limit. Workspace owners are responsible for the people they invite.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. We recommend turning on two-factor sign-in. Notify us at thetechhackerlabs@gmail.com immediately upon any suspected unauthorized use.
2. The Service
Socira AI is a social media management platform that lets you connect third-party social networks, schedule and publish posts, monitor conversations, analyze performance, and use AI-assisted tools for content generation, sentiment analysis, and social listening. Features available on your plan are listed at /features and /pricing.
We may add, remove, or change features at our discretion. We will give reasonable advance notice for material adverse changes to paid features.
3. Your Content
"Your Content" means any text, images, video, audio, connected social account data, or other material that you upload to, generate on, or submit through the Service.
You retain all rights in Your Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, publish, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate, provide, secure, and improve the Service, including to publish content to the third-party networks you connect.
You represent and warrant that (a) you own or have all necessary rights to Your Content and to grant the above license, and (b) Your Content and its use on the Service will not violate any law or infringe any third-party right.
4. AI-Generated Output
The Service includes AI-assisted features (caption drafting, reply suggestions, sentiment scoring, social listening quality scores). AI output is provided on an "as is" basis, may be inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable, and must be reviewed by a human before publication. You are solely responsible for anything you publish. We do not warrant that AI output is factually correct, non-infringing, or fit for any particular purpose.
5. Third-Party Networks
The Service connects to third-party platforms such as Meta (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp), YouTube, X (Twitter), LinkedIn and Google Business. You connect them only through each platform's own sign-in (OAuth); we never ask for your social media passwords. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service when you connect a YouTube channel. We are not responsible for their availability, changes to their APIs, or actions they take against your accounts. When we act on your behalf, we rely only on the permissions you grant, described on our Platform data page. Socira AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these platforms.
6. Acceptable Use
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you must not use the Service to send spam, harass, defame, publish illegal or infringing content, run coordinated inauthentic behavior, distribute malware, scrape platforms in violation of their terms, or interfere with the Service.
7. Fees, Licences & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle, in the currency shown at checkout. Free trials, if offered, last for the period shown at sign-up (7 days unless stated otherwise). When a trial ends, the workspace is locked until a paid licence is purchased; we never charge you automatically at the end of a trial. Paid licences are prepaid for the period you choose and are not renewed automatically. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Taxes are your responsibility unless we are legally required to collect them.
Each workspace has a licence (identified by a licence key). A paid licence is valid for the period you buy, followed by a short grace period; if it is not renewed, the workspace is locked. While locked, your data is kept and your scheduled posts are paused, and you can still reach Billing and your account settings. Payments are processed by our payment providers (such as Stripe, Razorpay or PayPal) or by bank transfer against an invoice; we do not store your card details.
We may offer complimentary or internal plans at our discretion (for example to partners or for evaluation). These can be changed or withdrawn by us, and do not create any right to a paid plan's features after they end.
We may change pricing on 30 days' notice. Price changes apply from your next purchase or renewal, never to a licence you have already paid for.
8. Term & Termination
These Terms apply as long as you use the Service. You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you (a) materially breach these Terms or the AUP, (b) create risk of legal exposure to us or other users, (c) fail to pay fees when due, or (d) engage in fraud. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you unless doing so is prohibited or would risk security.
On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We will retain and delete Your Content in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Thetechhacker Global Solutions and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business or personal use, subject to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
10. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information with the same degree of care as its own (at minimum, reasonable care), and will use it only to perform its obligations under these Terms.
11. Warranties & Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted or error-free operation, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thetechhacker Global Solutions and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from or related to the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability arising from or related to these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Thetechhacker Global Solutions and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any third-party claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (a) Your Content, (b) your use of the Service, (c) your violation of these Terms or the AUP, or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India, unless a mandatory local law grants you rights that cannot be waived.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
