India DPDP Notice & Grievance Officer

This notice is given under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules. It applies to personal data of individuals in India ("Data Principals") that Thetechhacker Global Solutions processes as a Data Fiduciary when providing Socira AI.

1. Personal data we process and why

We process this data on the basis of your consent, given when you create an account or connect a social network, and for legitimate uses permitted by Section 7 of the DPDP Act (for example complying with law). Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

2. Your rights

• Access: a summary of the personal data we process and the processing activities.
• Correction and erasure: correct, complete, update or erase your personal data.
• Withdraw consent: as easily as you gave it. Disconnect a social account in My accounts, or ask us to delete your account. Withdrawing doesn't affect processing already done.
• Grievance redressal: raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer (below), and if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.
• Nominate: nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity.

Email thetechhackerlabs@gmail.com to exercise any right. We respond within 30 days, and acknowledge grievances within 24 hours as required by the IT Rules, 2021.

3. Children

Socira AI is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly process children's personal data or carry out tracking or targeted advertising directed at children.

4. Security and breaches

We protect personal data with reasonable security safeguards (see Security). If a personal data breach occurs, we will inform the Data Protection Board and affected Data Principals as the DPDP Act requires.

5. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then erase it. See Data retention.
