Effective: September 20, 2026 · Last updated: September 26, 2026

Thetechhacker Global Solutions respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects users of Socira AI to do the same. This page explains how to report content on the Service that you believe infringes your copyright, and how to counter-notice if you believe your content was removed in error. This process is based on the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applies as a matter of policy globally.

1. Filing a Notice of Alleged Infringement

To submit a notice, send an email to thetechhackerlabs@gmail.com with the subject "DMCA Notice" containing:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list).
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail to let us locate it (URLs).
  4. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.

Incomplete notices may be disregarded.

2. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, send a counter-notice to thetechhackerlabs@gmail.com with the subject "DMCA Counter-Notice" containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material removed and its location before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, phone number, email, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India (or, if outside India, in the district where Thetechhacker Global Solutions is located).

3. Repeat Infringers

We terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.

4. Misrepresentations

Under U.S. law, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
