US State Privacy Notice (CCPA/CPRA)
Effective: September 20, 2026 · Last updated: September 26, 2026
This notice supplements our Privacy Policy for residents of US states with comprehensive privacy laws, including California (CCPA as amended by the CPRA), Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas and Oregon.
1. Categories of personal information we collect
| Category | Examples | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Identifiers | Name, email, IP address, account ID | Account, security, support |
| Commercial information | Plan, invoices, payment history | Billing, tax records |
| Internet activity | Pages used, device and browser, logs | Security, troubleshooting |
| Professional information | Company name, role, social accounts you connect | Providing the Service |
| Sensitive personal information | Account password (stored only as a hash) | Signing you in only |
We collect this from you, from your use of the Service, and from the social networks you connect.
2. We do not sell or share personal information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so in the past 12 months. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. We disclose personal information only to service providers under contract (see Sub-processors) for the business purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Your rights
- Know and access the personal information we hold about you, and receive it in a portable format;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Delete personal information (subject to legal exceptions);
- Opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising and profiling (we do none of these);
- Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights;
- Appeal our decision on your request (where your state provides this right).
4. How to make a request
Email thetechhackerlabs@gmail.com. We will verify your identity by confirming control of the email address on your account, and respond within 45 days (extendable once by 45 days where the law allows). An authorized agent may submit a request with your signed permission. To appeal a decision, reply to our response with "Appeal" in the subject line; we answer appeals within the time your state's law requires.
5. Retention
We keep each category only as long as described in our Data retention schedule.
6. Global Privacy Control
Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing further to opt out of, but we treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a valid opt-out request.
